Information We Collect
ArtifactLane receives details that customers submit, such as names, delivery and billing addresses, email and telephone details, login credentials, orders, selected products, return information, and correspondence with Customer Support. Our systems may also record IP address, device and browser data, cookies, logs, and interactions with the store. Full payment credentials are handled by payment providers; we receive transaction results and limited billing or anti-fraud details required to complete the purchase.
How We Use Information
We use this information to run and secure the store, administer accounts, evaluate fraud, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, manage returns and refunds, send service updates, answer support requests, diagnose and improve the website, maintain tax and business records, enforce our terms, meet legal duties, and provide marketing only where permitted and subject to the available choices.
How Information Is Shared
Information is provided only where reasonably necessary to payment companies, carriers and fulfillment partners, hosting and technology suppliers, security and fraud services, support platforms, professional advisers, or public authorities acting under lawful authority. It may also be transferred as part of a financing, merger, restructuring, or sale under appropriate safeguards. ArtifactLane does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
Data Retention
Personal information is kept for the period reasonably needed for the uses described here. Order, payment, tax, and transaction documentation is normally retained for up to seven years, or longer when the law requires. Account data remains while an account is active and for an appropriate period afterward; support, security, and dispute material is kept as needed to handle incidents, deter abuse, and establish or defend claims. Backup data expires through the regular backup rotation.
Data Security
We apply reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures suited to the information involved, including controlled access, limits on service providers, system upkeep, and security monitoring. Even with these measures, no online transmission or storage environment can be promised to be completely secure.
Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable United States federal or state privacy law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, and to opt out of or limit certain uses where those rights apply. Submit a request through a verified channel on the Contact Us page. We may verify your identity and authority before responding, and you may contact the appropriate state or federal regulator where applicable.
