Scope and Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the ArtifactLane website and purchases made through this store. By using the website or submitting an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Customers must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, and legally capable of entering into the transaction.
Products and Services
Every product remains subject to availability. We take reasonable care with photographs and details such as dimensions, materials, finish, and features, but screens render color differently and natural materials can vary. Before ordering, customers should check measurements, installation or compatibility needs, the product description, and chosen options. An obvious description or stock error may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges
The applicable currency is identified on the website or during checkout. Before submission, checkout shows the product price together with applicable tax, delivery charges, discounts, and other fees. Unless checkout specifically says they are included, the customer is responsible for destination duties, brokerage, and similar import costs.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept only the payment options displayed during the current checkout session. Available card or digital-payment choices can vary with the order, billing details, destination, currency, and the payment provider's eligibility and security checks.
Payment Timing and Billing
Submitting an order may cause the payment provider to authorize the total; capture may happen at once or when processing starts, according to the selected method. The customer approves the displayed total and must supply correct billing details. If payment has been captured for an order we later reject or cancel, the relevant amount is returned to the same payment method.
Ordering Process
To order, choose the product and any available options, add accurate billing and delivery details, select an offered shipping service and payment method, review the items and complete total, agree to the relevant terms, and submit. Information entered in checkout can be corrected before the final submission.
Order Acceptance
An Order Confirmation records that ArtifactLane received the request; it is not, by itself, acceptance. Unless applicable law establishes a different point, the sales contract is formed when we issue dispatch confirmation. An order may be declined or cancelled for unavailable stock, a clear pricing or description mistake, payment failure, suspected fraud or abuse, delivery limitations, quantity controls, or legal obligations. Any amount already captured for a declined order will be refunded.
Customer Cancellations
A cancellation request should be sent through a verified Contact Us channel before packing, customization, or shipment starts. We will make reasonable efforts to act on it, but cannot promise cancellation. After fulfillment has begun, the Returns & Refunds Policy governs. Nothing here removes a cancellation right provided by law.
Complaints and Warranty Rights
For a concern about a product or service, send Customer Support the order number, an explanation, and relevant photographs. We will assess the report and offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy where the published policy, manufacturer's warranty, or consumer law requires it. A manufacturer warranty supplements rather than replaces mandatory legal rights.
User Responsibilities
Customers and visitors must keep submitted information accurate, protect account credentials, use ArtifactLane lawfully, avoid fraudulent orders, and follow applicable quantity or resale limits. No one may disrupt the site, upload malicious code, harvest content at scale without permission, impersonate another person, or seek access they are not authorized to have.
Intellectual Property
Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to the business operating ArtifactLane and are protected by intellectual-property laws. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted for personal shopping. Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where law permits.
Liability and Events Beyond Control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtifactLane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide legally required remedies.
Dispute Resolution
Please contact Customer Support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where the customer lives. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or small-claims forum with lawful jurisdiction, and the right to contact an appropriate regulator remains available.
Data Protection
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected under applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and comparable technologies. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Changes to These Terms
ArtifactLane may revise these Terms & Conditions when operations, services, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised effective date and give additional notice when required. Unless the law says otherwise, an order continues to be governed by the version in force when that order was submitted.
